This policy explains cancellation and refund rights for paid MAUZOP plans and forms part of the Terms.
During the controlled pilot or any free tier, no fee is charged, so no refund arises.
You may cancel a paid plan anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund the current period unless required by law or this policy.
A refund may be considered if requested within ⟨7 days — CONFIRM⟩ of a charge and the paid service was not materially used, subject to consumer law. Setup/usage-based/delivered services may be non-refundable.
Raise a request via the Contact/Grievance page with plan, amount, date and reason. We assess it against this policy and service-usage records and confirm in writing.
Nothing here limits any non-waivable right under applicable consumer-protection law.
