MAUZOP is an AI-assisted, evidence-based business decision-support tool for food businesses. It reviews the data you provide or confirm and highlights possible profit-leak risk areas with confidence labels. It is not a POS, billing, accounting, audit or statutory-compliance system and does not guarantee any business outcome.
Core calculations use deterministic formulas and your data. AI is used only to summarise and explain findings; it does not create financial numbers, savings, or accusations. AI-assisted wording may require human or owner review.
MAUZOP does not guarantee profit, cost reduction, saving amount, revenue increase, ROI, survival or success. Any estimated saving potential must be independently verified by you.
Reports depend on the completeness, accuracy, readability, authority and timeliness of your data. You are responsible for ensuring uploaded/entered data is accurate, lawful and authorised, and that you have authority to submit any business/staff/vendor/POS/bank data.
You remain responsible for all business decisions after reviewing a report, and should verify findings before acting on staff, vendors, pricing, menus, purchases or operations.
Reports are not legal, tax, accounting, GST or audit certificates. Consult qualified professionals before statutory, legal, tax or accounting use.
Reports identify possible risk areas only. MAUZOP does not confirm theft, fraud, illegality or compliance breach unless independently verified. Variance findings are indicators, not accusations.
We treat your business data and reports as confidential under the Privacy Policy, subject to your consent, support, security, legal obligations and, during pilot, approved internal review.
All MAUZOP software, engine logic, scoring rules, report templates, question banks, prompts, designs and trademarks are owned by MAUZOP. No ownership transfers to you.
You must not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing or misleading data, bypass security, reverse engineer the service, or use reports to harass/accuse any person.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAUZOP's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the ⟨3 (three)⟩ months before the claim, and excludes indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. Subject to lawyer review.
You indemnify MAUZOP against claims arising from unlawful/unauthorised data upload, inaccurate data, misuse of reports, or decisions taken without verification.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, unlawful data, non-payment or misuse, subject to law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts at ⟨SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab — CONFIRM⟩ have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to lawyer review.
