This notice explains what personal data MAUZOP collects, why, and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

We process your data on the basis of your consent, collected with a clear notice and an unchecked-by-default checkbox. You can view and manage your consents any time from “Consent & privacy history” in the app.

Email our Grievance & Data Protection Officer with your request and registered mobile/email. We may verify your identity first. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and act within the timelines under law.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run MAUZOP (e.g. our database/hosting), under confidentiality. Your data is protected by Row-Level-Security so each user sees only their own records. We retain data only as long as needed for the service or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. No system is 100% secure; we use reasonable safeguards and improve them over time.
MAUZOP is for business owners and is not intended for anyone under 18.
MAUZOP reports are advisory and do not guarantee profit, savings or any legal, tax or financial outcome. This notice is a working draft — a licensed Indian privacy counsel should finalise it before real-customer use.
