Contact for complaints, data requests and compliance — as required under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
MAUZOP has appointed a Grievance Officer who also handles data-protection queries.

| Designation | Grievance & Data Protection Officer, MAUZOP (Mishika Tech) |
| mauzopind@gmail.com | |

Email the Grievance Officer with: your name, registered mobile/email, a clear description of the issue, the date it occurred, and any screenshots or reference IDs (for consent issues, include your Consent ID from the app's “Consent & privacy history”).
We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and to resolve it within the timelines applicable under law (generally up to 15 days for consumer grievances, and as prescribed under the DPDP Act for data grievances). Complex cases may take longer; we will keep you informed. These are targets, not guarantees.
You may ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, or to withdraw consent, using the same contact. See Your Data Rights (DPDP) for the full list and how each works. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India (once operational under the DPDP Act, 2023) or the appropriate consumer forum. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
